FOUNDER. DIRECTOR. SENIOR ARCHITECT. HERITAGE SPECIALIST.
Pippa brings a deep commitment to cultural and environmental sustainability, with particular expertise in heritage conservation and adaptive reuse. She is a skilled communicator and lateral thinker, making clients feel welcome and supported throughout even the most complex projects. With a strong belief in creating homes that evolve with families and time, Pippa leads with warmth, clarity, and creativity.

Craig Buckberry
DIRECTOR. SENIOR ARCHITECT. CERTIFIED PASSIVHAUS DESIGNER.
Craig began his career as a cabinet maker, grounding his architectural approach in craftsmanship and attention to detail. With broad experience across residential, commercial, and health sectors, he brings construction knowledge, BIM proficiency, and hands-on insight to every project. A Certified Passivhaus Designer, Craig is passionate about energy efficiency, performance, and design that truly works for people and place.

REGISTERED ARCHITECT.
Scott contributes design clarity and technical strength across a range of projects. With a calm, collaborative approach, he’s involved in all phases of design and delivery—from early concepts to construction drawings and site coordination. His grounded presence and thoughtful attention to detail make him a steady hand on the Anaglypta team, ensuring smooth project delivery and strong client relationships.

STUDIO ADMINISTRATOR.
Megan keeps the studio running smoothly. With over 15 years in the education sector, she brings organisation, structure and calm to the administrative side of architectural practice. As the first point of contact for many clients, Megan ensures communication is clear, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

Jacq helps care for the people behind the projects. Drawing on her background in holistic wellbeing, she supports the Anaglypta team to work with focus, balance, and purpose. Her presence reflects our belief that good design begins with a well-supported, healthy studio culture.

Sox
CHIEF MORALE OFFICER.
Sox joined the team as a puppy in 2022 and takes his role very seriously. A border collie x kelpie, he’s always ready for a pat, a game, or a walk. With boundless friendliness and a keen sense for when someone needs a break, Sox is a beloved part of daily life at Anaglypta.
